This may have taken me too long to notice, but cars here only come in black or white or shades in between. I've never seen a red or green or blue or any other colour car here.
people take their cars seriously. Serious business. That's why.
Actually I don't know why but this seems to be common in a lot of developing / 'emerging' countries on that side of the world. Obviously not counting the latin people because they are crazy.
